Who we are

Data we collect

When you send the request-for-quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, role, email, phone number, project location, the service you need, your expected timeline and your message.

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and block spam. We do not store it with the form data.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you send through that channel.

How we use it

We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, follow up on the project and keep a record of business correspondence. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our sales email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes site traffic for security and performance. These providers may process data outside Indonesia.

Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without tracking cookies. Clicks on the WhatsApp, phone, email and form buttons may be recorded as anonymous events to measure how the site performs.

We disclose data to anyone else only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as we need it to follow up on your request and run the business relationship, or for as long as regulations require. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the UU PDP you can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, and object to its processing. Send your request to [email protected]. We will reply within the time the regulations set.
